Admission Rules

Admission will be through Counseling and Combined Entrance Examination conducted by State Govt. of Uttar Pradesh.
Direct admissions will take place as per the norms of Board of Technical Education, Lucknow. For information related to Direct Admissions, please contact the admission cell at SMSIT or write at smsit2015@gmail.com
If the College is not satisfied with the character, past behavior or antecedents of a candidate, he/she can be refused admission to any course of study in the College.
The candidate must himself / herself ensure about his / her eligibility for admission. The College has the right not to admit a candidate to a course of study even though a notification inviting application for the same has been issued, if the number of applications received for admission is less than a minimum stipulated number in that particular course as decided by the College from time to time.
A full time student of this College will not be allowed to join any other full time course from other college or full time job anywhere. If found otherwise, his / her admission will stand cancelled.

Ragging inside and outside the college in any form is strictly prohibited

In compliance to the decision of Hon’ble Supreme Court, Anti Ragging Squad has been formed in the University and on its report the University will lodge the FIR against the students reported to be involved in ragging.
